When an agent is not available please use the ticket system to ask your question. We reply to all tickets within 24 hours, usually within the first 1-2 hours. The live support does not replace the ticket system. There is many cases where a ticket will be more efficient.
When chatting with a support agent or asking a question in the ticket system, please be specific. The more specific and the faster we will be able to answer your questions. Indicate if you posted previews tickets related to the matter.
